Breakfast is no longer offered since we build a kitchen and added a refrigerators to the “rancho” area

The “rancho” and pool area can be accessed from both exits in the suite (terrace and main door). The “rancho”(the kitchen/living area) has a sofa, armchairs, and an amazing view of the pool, the sunsets, and the ocean.
The pool has hammocks to sunbathe or to enjoy a quite “siesta”.

Ojochal has more than twelve restaurants where you can order food to go. The local “express” guys charge a fee to get food delivered to your suite

Our location is a perfect enclave from where you can plan different activities in the area: visiting Parque Nacional Corcovado and Parque Marino Ballena, whale watching, mangrove kayaking, surfing, snorkeling and scuba diving at Isla del Caño (visible from the suites at Terra Lodge), quad tours, fishing tours, visiting waterfalls (all sizes!), bird watching, or just walking and relaxing at the beach!

The combination of clouds and sun rays creates unique sunsets every day, so get your camera ready and get ready to pamper your sight. 

The Lodge is surrounded by nature and several tall trees that attract all kinds of birds: toucans, hummingbirds, macaws, quails, eagles, woodpeckers, parrots… and animals such as slots, ant eaters, howling monkeys, iguanas, squirrels (they drill perfect holes in our coconuts to drink its water) and lizards, among others.

The town of Ojochal is a very safe place. The suits at Terra Lodge use key locks to secure our guests belongings and for your privacy each suite has a private wooden deck terrace.

Our garden is shaped by trees we truly love for their beauty, for the way they care for the land, and for the birds they welcome. Among them you’ll find banana, mango, citrus, coconut, star fruit, litchi, guanábana, avocado, and mangosteen trees, creating a lush, living space full of flavor and life. 

The “rancho” is equipped with a kitchen, a full size refrigerator, and all the kitchenware needed to cook.
